Alice Langholt (yep, that’s me!)

As a business person running multiple businesses, a hospice volunteer, and mom of four active kids,  Alice Langholt has a first-hand understanding about the challenges finding time for self-care.

Doing as much as she does led her to realize the need to fit in time to stay well. So, she created A Moment for Me, a series of products dedicated to 30-second self-care for the busy person. The ideas include ways to balance physical and emotional needs, enhance positive outlook, expand creativity, improve relationships, and more – all in 30 second bits. The series includes the A Moment for Me 365 day calendar, an A Moment for Me app, a deck of A Moment for Me cards, a daily email series, and the books: A Moment for Mom, A Moment for Us, A Moment for Teachers, and A Moment for Success. Find them on Amazon.

Alice recently launched, a text message service which sends encouraging short text messages to subscribers automatically throughout the week. Positive messages are scientifically proven to have a health-promoting effect on the brain.  As a believer in injecting positivity into one’s day, even when busy, Alice created HugTexts to be another way for people to have a feel-good moment.

Alice also published three apps for short moments of creativity and reflection that have a lasting impression, available in the Google Play and/or iTunes stores: My Daily Haiku, Reflective Moments, and Energy Healing Cards.

On Amazon under “Skills”, Alice’s published Skills for Amazon Echo devices are offering inspiration, fun, and resources: My Card of the Day, Bless My Day, Make the World a Better Place, A Pat on the Back, Check My Chakras, My Super Hero Movie, and Where’s Whiskers? are just some of the Skills you’ll find there.
